Terms and Conditions
1, Payment
Payment for goods and delivery charges can be made by the method shown on our website at the time you place your order. All goods shall be pay for in full at the time the order is placed. Goods may be paid for by, Visa/MasterCard/Switch, Barclay card or by cheque. If payment is made by cheque, 5 working days must be allowed for clearance prior to goods being made and despatched.
2, Delivery
The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. The charges for delivery will be work out at the time of order unless it says other wise on the website. Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted in any event within 30 days.
3, Your Right of Cancellation
To exercise your right of cancellation you must give written notice by hand or post, fax or email, giving details of goods ordered and (where appropriate their delivery).Once you have notified us that you are cancelling we will refund you within 30 days. A cancellation fee will be charged at a cost of 15% of the order value, if the item is a special made order then a charge of 50% will be made.
3.1 If you exercise your rights to cancel after receiving the goods, you will be responsible for returning the goods at your own cost. The goods must be returned to the address shown on the order confirmation. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.
3.2 If you do not return the goods as required we may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct cost of recovering the goods.
4, Warranty
All goods supplied by us are warranted free from defects for twelve months from date of supply, this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
This warranty does not apply to any defect arising from fair wear and tear, failing to maintain them in good condition, wilful damage, neglect, misuse, accidental by you or any third party used otherwise than recommended by us the manufacturer, or any alteration or repair carried out not without our( the manufacturers) approval
4.1 In the event that you would be entitled to damages against us for any breech of condition or warranty representation (unless fraudulent) we shall not be liable to pay damages but shall (subject to the clause number 4 above) in our sole discretion either repair the goods at our expense or supply replacement goods free of charge
4.2 In the event of a complaint proven to be baseless, then you will be liable to pay us for our costs and expenses in investigating the complaint.
5, Data Protection
We will take all reasonable precautions to keep details of your order and payment source but unless we are negligent we will not be liable for unauthorised access to information given by you.
5.1 All information you provided about yourself for fulfilling your order will not be passed to a third party.
5.2 We do not keep hold of, or store any customer financial, credit or debit card details, any record of a customers details made is properly disposed of in a secure manner.
